I have Multiple Sclerosis and ADHD, which is a very challenging combination- a go-go-go brain and a no-no-no body. Add to that I am the mother of two elementary age boys who both have ADHD, and the older one has the additional challenges of Aspbergers. I am starting this blog to let others know that these multiple challenges can be conquered with love and laughter. So check back in to read about the latest of our adventures. Thanks, Nikki

October 2018-Well now I have been diagnosed with adrenal fatigue. Let’s just  add that to you to my list of challenges. I guess that dealing with two boys with ADHD, and one with autism,  I am S, the challenges of being a wife and a mother have all added to this new diagnosis. Adrenal fatigue seems to be  The norm in this world right now. It seems that especially mothers, stay at home and working outside the home, seem to have a high degree of adrenal fatigue  and it is probably under diagnosed. Most doctors don’t even know about adrenal fatigue. And if they do they just do a regular blood test to check for cortisol levels.  I started going to an integrative health Doctor Who was the one who diagnosed this with a saliva test. I guess that it has everything to do with living in a constant  State of fight or flight stress. And Lord knows that mothers definitely deal with stress.
